Complimentary consultation

Free Business Workflow Check

Is your business harder to run than it should be?

Tell us about one frustrating business process or operational challenge. We'll talk through the situation and discuss what a practical next step might look like.

This is a complimentary, scheduled introductory conversation of up to 30 minutes. It is not a formal business assessment.

Request the conversation

Your name, your organization, how to reach you, and the problem you would like to talk through. Availability is optional and helps us propose a time. Replies come by email, so no telephone number is asked for, and no documents should be attached or pasted.

A few sentences is plenty; please do not include confidential material.

Days or times that tend to work for you, and your time zone. This helps us propose a time; it does not book one.

The information you share here is used to review your request and to reply to you. Please do not include confidential, privileged, financial, medical, or otherwise sensitive information. Submitting this form does not schedule an appointment and does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

What the consultation is

  • A conversation of up to 30 minutes about one frustrating business process or operational challenge, in plain terms.
  • A first view of what is causing the friction, and whether one of the services may fit.
  • A clear statement of what a practical next step could be, if there is one.

What it is not

  • A formal business assessment, a findings report, or detailed implementation advice.
  • A confirmed appointment. Submitting this form schedules nothing; a time is proposed and confirmed with you by email after review.
  • An engagement, or an obligation to proceed with one. A request is an expression of interest, reviewed for fit.

What happens next

  1. Submit. Send the form. You will see a confirmation on this page, and your request is recorded for review.
  2. Follow-up. Your request is reviewed, and you hear back at the email address you provide. Not every request leads to a conversation.
  3. Scheduling. Where a conversation makes sense, the email proposes a time for the call of up to 30 minutes. It is scheduled only once that time is confirmed with you.
