About these terms
This website, huertagroupllc.com, is operated by Huerta Group LLC (“Huerta Group,” “we,” or “us”). It explains what the company does, describes its services, and lets you request a Free Business Workflow Check or send a general inquiry.
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
How we handle the information you share with us is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Using the website
You may browse the website, read and print its pages for your own information or your business’s internal use, and share links to it. You agree to use the website lawfully and in line with these terms.
Information on the website
The website gives general information about Huerta Group and its services. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation for your particular situation.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change or remove content, including service descriptions, at any time. A service is provided only on terms agreed in writing; a description on the website is not an offer that can be accepted by submitting a form.
Inquiries and the Free Business Workflow Check
The Free Business Workflow Check is a complimentary introductory conversation of up to 30 minutes about one business process or operational challenge. It is not a formal business assessment, a findings report, or detailed implementation advice.
- Submitting a request is an expression of interest. Requests are reviewed, and not every request leads to a conversation.
- Submitting a request does not book an appointment. A time is proposed and confirmed with you by email.
- General questions sent through the Contact page are reviewed and answered by email where appropriate.
Please give accurate contact details, and do not include confidential, privileged, financial, medical, or otherwise sensitive information in a form or a preliminary conversation.
No client relationship without a written agreement
Visiting the website, submitting a form, exchanging emails, or taking part in a preliminary conversation, including the Free Business Workflow Check, does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation for you or for Huerta Group.
A client relationship begins only when you and Huerta Group accept a separate written agreement. Paid work is governed by that agreement. If an agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls for the work it covers. These terms do not change any agreement already in place.
Customer Portal
Huerta Group operates a Customer Portal at portal.huertagroupllc.com for people connected to existing customer work. It is separate from this website and is not open to the public.
- Access is by invitation only. There is no public sign-up. Huerta Group sets up an account for an authorized person connected to a customer and provides a one-time link to activate it.
- An account can reach only the projects Huerta Group has authorized for it. The portal is used for that existing work: responding to document requests, uploading requested files, and receiving the documents and deliverables Huerta Group shares.
- Huerta Group can suspend an account or remove access to a project. Access to a customer’s projects also ends when a person is no longer a current contact for that customer.
- Having portal access does not by itself create a client relationship or change any agreement. Paid services remain governed by the applicable written engagement agreement.
How the portal handles account and document information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership of website content
The website and its content, including its text, design, graphics, and the Huerta Group name and logo, are owned by Huerta Group LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Apart from the uses described under “Using the website,” you may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Nothing on the website grants you a right to use the Huerta Group name or logo.
Ownership of work prepared for a client is set by that client’s written agreement, not by these terms.
Prohibited use
When using the website, you must not:
- use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting, its databases, or any Huerta Group system or account;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, overload it, or probe, scan, or test its security without our written permission;
- send automated, bulk, or spam submissions, or use the forms to send unsolicited advertising;
- submit false information, impersonate another person or business, or upload or send malicious code;
- copy or collect website content or data by automated means in a way that burdens the website or is used to build a competing dataset; or
- use the website to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
We may block access, disregard or remove submissions, and report activity to the appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been broken.
External links and third-party services
The website may link to websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The website relies on outside service providers, such as its hosting and database providers, to operate. They are described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitations
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Huerta Group is not responsible for losses that result from relying on the general information on the website instead of advice agreed in writing for your situation.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any right under a separate written agreement with Huerta Group.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page. Changes apply from the effective date shown and do not reach back to earlier use of the website.
